Designed by Lewis & Hickey Architects for McCarthy & Stone, this development consists of 49 individual retirement dwellings.
The building was constructed with a hybrid of techniques including pre cast concrete, loadbearing masonry and SFS framing to the upper floors creating a range or dwelling sizes, external and internal spaces.
The facade composition of brick, contrasted with Etalbond (FR) Basalt Black Rainscreen, Curtain Wall, and projecting balconies.
InOpera Facades were engaged to specify, fabricate and supply the rainscreen elements, including U-values and support system.
